- up to three decision domains interact
- up to four jurisdictions perform different functions

ENGAGEMENT 03 / SCOPE
MULTIPLE DOMAINS
Cross-Border Decision Blueprint
Receive a defensible overall model for residence, business, banking, wealth, or family—with a sequence specialists can actually implement.
- 01One decision
- 02Two decisions
- 03Multiple domains
- 04Approved plan
ARCHITECTURE PATH
Multiple domains become one defensible operating system.
- 01Connect the domains
- 02Assign jurisdictions
- 03Govern interfaces
- 04Approve the Blueprint
WHEN THIS ENGAGEMENT FITS
Individually sound solutions must become one workable system.
You are planning more than one step. Several countries, companies, banks, family members, or asset classes must work together. Individual solutions can each appear sensible while contradicting one another as a complete structure. This is where architecture must precede product selection.
- only one professional question remains open
- the target architecture is already approved and only implementation is required
- the proposed domains or jurisdictions exceed the agreed scope
- you expect a generic country or product ranking
WHAT WE ASSESS
The scope is bounded. The decision is assessed in full.
We focus on the facts that can support—or undermine—the agreed decision.
Target architecture
We define the function each residence, company, banking relationship, and ownership layer should perform.
Up to three decision areas
For example, residence, business, and banking—or wealth, family, and succession—tailored to the actual case.
Up to four jurisdictions
Markets are compared by access, durability, obligations, and interaction—not isolated advantages.
Implementation readiness
Dependencies, professional boundaries, approvals, and stop criteria are made visible before the first transaction.
WHAT YOU RECEIVE
The result is written and ready for handoff.
You see the target structure as one connected system: what remains, what changes, which route is prioritized, which professional review is still required, and how implementation can be controlled.
Cross-Border Blueprint
25–40 pages covering the starting position, target state, architecture variants, and reasoned decision.
Decision & Assumption Register
Documented facts, decisions, assumptions, and evidence still outstanding.
Implementation Map
Work packages, sequence, dependencies, approvals, and stop criteria.
Specialist Briefs
One shared fact pattern and clearly bounded briefs for the required specialists.
HOW THE ENGAGEMENT WORKS
From agreed scope to a defensible handoff.
- 01
Define architecture scope
Objectives, areas, jurisdictions, time horizon, and decision boundaries are agreed.
- 02
Consolidate facts and gaps
We consolidate the structure, documents, and existing recommendations and mark missing evidence.
- 03
Model scenarios and architecture
Viable variants are modeled with risk, cost logic, dependencies, and identifiable downstream effects.
- 04
Deliver and hand over
You receive the written architecture, prioritized implementation map, and a personal findings discussion.

QUESTIONS ABOUT THIS ENGAGEMENT
Clarify scope, result, and accountability before work begins.
01Is the Blueprint also an implementation engagement?+
No. It provides the approved foundation for your own execution, work by existing specialists, or a separately scoped Coordinated Implementation engagement.
02Can the scope cover more than four jurisdictions?+
Not within the published standard scope. A different scope is assessed and quoted separately before an engagement is accepted.
03Who is accountable for regulated matters?+
Qualified lawyers, tax advisors, banks, and other regulated specialists remain responsible for their own advice and decisions. No Borders Founder leads the overall question and coordinates the interfaces.
