The application does not establish a collaboration. The framework begins only upon our express acceptance after review. Both parties act independently; neither may represent the other or promise results without written authority.
Client information may be shared only with proper authority, after a conflict check, and through agreed secure channels. Fees, commissions, client protection, regulatory duties and scope require a separate written agreement. The application alone creates no commission entitlement.
Either party may end the arrangement for future introductions in writing. Previously confirmed claims remain reviewable under the individually accepted terms. Changes apply only to future applications or after renewed acceptance.
