Why No Borders Founder

The service may be finished. You still live with the consequences.

No Borders Founder assesses how residence, actual business management, banking, wealth, and family fit together. Alexander Erber records suitable options, reasons for and against them, and the next steps. You can prepare the wider international decision before commissioning individual services.

What remains after the assessment

A recommendation you can use in practice.

A provider can properly deliver the agreed incorporation, account opening, or application. How its effects fit your wider life may remain outside that assignment.

No Borders Founder makes that wider assessment a service in its own right. The written recommendation helps you commission the next task, plan the sequence with family members and advisors, and understand which requirements still need to be met.

Before incorporation, the questions may concern real business activity and the intended bank relationship. A move abroad may affect where the business is actually managed or how family members access assets. Those connections help determine what needs to happen first.

Explain your choice

You can show family members or fellow owners what the decision is based on.

Commission the next task

You can give specialists and providers a clear assignment for the next agreed work.

Revisit the plan

You have a basis for reconsidering the plan when rules, priorities, or personal circumstances change.

How the recommendation is developed

Personal assessment. A reasoned way forward.

  1. 01

    Start with your actual circumstances

Alexander Erber listens, challenges assumptions, and works with you to clarify your goals, existing commitments, and what you want to preserve.

  2. 02

    Examine options and consequences

We compare suitable paths and organize the necessary specialist assessments. Residence, actual business management, banking, wealth, and family are considered together.

  3. 03

Explain the recommendation and agree what can proceed

Alexander Erber records the reasons and discusses what you can approve now, which decisions first need qualified specialist advice, and which paths should be set aside.

You make the decision. Qualified legal, tax, and other specialists remain responsible for their own assessments.

Why a current assessment matters

Rules change. The reality behind your plan still matters.

These three officially documented examples raise different assessment questions. They are not recommendations for or against a country.

New arrivals from January 1, 2026

Italy: The same regime can mean a different cost.

The flat tax on qualifying foreign income increased from €100,000 to €200,000 in 2024, then to €300,000 for new arrivals from 2026. Each change has its own statutory application date; existing arrangements are not all treated in the same way.

Which arrival date, eligibility conditions, and family consequences belong in your calculation?

Control plan published March 12, 2026

Spain: An election does not establish the underlying facts.

Spain's tax authority announced reviews of the impatriate regime's actual conditions, including purported employment or director relationships that do not exist in practice. The regime remains available; choosing it does not by itself prove eligibility.

Do your activity, earlier residence, and recorded arrangements match the requirements?

AEAT · 2026 control plan, Section III A.2

Change effective April 6, 2025

United Kingdom: Old rules do not automatically support a new plan.

The remittance basis ended on April 6, 2025. The new FIG regime can provide relief on foreign income and gains for qualifying new residents for up to four tax years. Conditions, arrival timing, and transitional rules need to be considered together.

Which rules does your plan rely on, and do they apply to your actual timeline?

Open to examination

The reasons should remain clear to another reviewer.

The written recommendation brings facts, assumptions, professional opinions, and open issues together. A tax official, lawyer, or independent reviewer should be able to follow the reasoning from the same actual circumstances.

Traceable reasoning does not guarantee authority approval or a particular tax assessment.
