The proposed model is 20% of eligible net advisory fees actually received for the first agreed NBF advisory mandate, subject to confirmed attribution and your written terms.

The application creates no entitlement. Following our express acceptance, you may receive a personal code. Introductions require the person's permission; you do not advise or represent NBF and may not promise fees or outcomes.
For a person first introduced by you and confirmed by us, the proposed fee is 20% of the net advisory fee NBF actually receives for that person's first written NBF advisory mandate. Taxes, refunds, third-party services and expenses are excluded. Existing contacts, duplicate claims and contested attribution are reviewed first. Payment follows attribution review, receipt of the fee and a valid invoice under the individual written acceptance. Restrictions applicable to regulated professions prevail.
Either party may end the arrangement for future introductions in writing. Previously confirmed claims remain reviewable under the individually accepted terms. Changes apply only to future applications or after renewed acceptance.
