FLOOR PLANS · TYPES · UTILITY

The floor plan decides whether altitude becomes quality of life.

Not the type label alone, but geometry, outlook and real furnishing logic determine everyday value.

01 · Area is not utility

Curved façades, structural elements, corridors and transitions determine how much stated area actually works for living, working, dining and storage.

02 · Column-free living rooms

A clear primary room expands furnishing options and makes a home easier to understand. This can support both daily use and future marketing.

03 · Type F and other types

Type names are useful shorthand, not a purchase decision. Precise building position, view angle, light, condition and any unit-specific variations remain decisive.

04 · Fountain, DIFC, sea or skyline

The outlook is a permanent part of the interior. Time of day, glare, privacy, events and future sightlines should not be judged from a single viewing.

05 · Furnishing test before reservation

Sofas, dining, art, work areas, beds and storage should be considered to scale. At this price level, a simple layout test can prevent a surprisingly expensive mistake.

An iconic view does not compensate for a layout that works against its residents every day.
