NBF INTELLIGENCE STUDIO
Intelligence Studio privacy notice
This notice applies only to the private NBF workspace and its Google connection. It does not replace the general privacy notice for the NBF website.
Controller and purpose
No Borders Founder LLC, 447 Broadway, New York, NY 10013, United States, operates the Studio as an internal working tool. It is used to monitor the site's search performance, review relevant inbox signals, and prepare internal research and editorial decisions. Only the authorized owner uses the workspace; no customer accounts are offered.
Google access
The app uses read-only permissions for Google Search Console and Gmail metadata. It retrieves search queries for the NBF site, dates, clicks, impressions, click-through rate, and average position from Search Console. For relevant inbox signals, it checks only email subject, sender, and date. Selected signals appear in the Studio with a link back to the message in the owner's Gmail account. Message bodies and attachments are not read; the app does not send or delete email.
Processing and storage
An automated GitHub Actions run retrieves the authorized Google data and sends selected records to the private NBF Intelligence Studio. There they are stored in the database of the service provided by OpenAI Sites and operated on Cloudflare infrastructure, and displayed only in the protected workspace. Google credentials are managed as protected GitHub Actions secrets and are not sent to the Studio database. Google data is not mirrored to Airtable.
Sharing and limits
The data is used only for the internal functions described here. It is not sold, used for advertising, or used to train general AI models. Technical processing by Google, GitHub, and the Studio hosting service is necessary for these functions. Data is not independently shared with customers or data brokers.
Retention and deletion
The Studio database updates existing records on subsequent runs. There is currently no automatic deletion period for stored Search Console rows and email signals; they remain until deliberately deleted or the Studio is decommissioned. The Google connection can be revoked at any time in the Google account. Revocation stops future retrieval, but does not automatically erase records already stored.
Requests and rights
Where applicable privacy law provides for it, individuals may request access, correction, erasure, or restriction of processing and may complain to a competent data protection authority. For questions or deletion requests, use the contact options in the legal notice or write to the postal address stated there.
Changes
This notice will be updated if permissions, data categories, recipients, or deletion rules change.
